Dave and Heather reconnected in 2019. Heather’s cousin Kyle is Dave’s best friend (and now Best Man!) of over 25 years, so Heather and Dave knew each other many years before they started dating. Dave reached out to Heather on Facebook one day shortly after she returned to Gloucester after living in Amesbury, and they decided to go on a date and have pretty much been together ever since! They discovered that they had a lot in common and their personalities were perfectly complementary of one another. So they not only became partners, they became best friends. Fast forward to 2025, Dave and Heather had been living together for a couple years, and Dave decided to propose. He asked Heather to marry him, in the privacy of their home with only them, which was perfect! And of course, she said yes, with no hesitation. So now, here we are, ready to celebrate them beginning their lives together as husband and wife.
