When is the booking deadline and what if I find a lower rate somewhere else?

Answer

To guarantee your reservation within our block at the resorts, please book your stay by August 21, 2025. If you're booking at a different website, that's Ok! Please send us a message so we can mark you down for our guest count!

What if I miss the booking deadline on our website?

Answer

Don’t worry! We can still help make arrangements after that date, but availability may be limited, so we recommend booking early!

Room Configurations and availabilities?

Answer

Bedding refers to the bed configuration in the room, like one king or two doubles. Specific bedding requests can be made to the resort on your behalf, but not guaranteed. If specific rooms in both resorts are not listed that you would like to stay in, please reach out to Shannon. What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Ceremony promptly start at 4:30 pm. We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Kindly arrive on time so you don’t miss a moment of the ceremony!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be held at El Dorado Royale. While it is an adults-only resorts, kids will be allowed to attend the ceremony and reception at the day of the wedding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Wedding Ceremony is being held at El Dorado Royale. If staying in Generations or Casitas, shuttles run frequenty and are provided by the resort at the day of ceremony and throughout your stay. Please check the schedule with the resort.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach semi-formal. Please have fun with colors and prints! Keep it light, breezy, and comfortable. It is a beach wedding after all! Women - Linen, midi/maxi dresses or jumpsuits are all welcome. Men - Barong (A traditional Filipino garment), Linen or cotton button-down (short or long sleeves), solid or subtle print, Chinos, Linen Pants, Khakis.
