What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

Please arrive at the Peninsula Room between 3:30 -3:45 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 4:00 pm.

Do I have to stay at the Country Inn and Suites in order to use the provided shuttle service on the day of the wedding?

Answer

No! Parking is available at the Country Inn and Suites if you would like to use the shuttle but stay at another hotel.

Do I have to use the shuttle service?

No! There is plenty of parking at the Peninsula Room.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Any semi formal casual attire is appreciated! Please note that the ceremony will be outside, cocktail hour outside, and reception outside/inside.

Can I bring my children?

We have chosen to make our special day an adults-only celebration to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion. We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to join us for our big day! Your understanding means the world to us and we can't wait to celebrate!

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

Yes! We will have several options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!
