What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please be there before 12.30 pm. for welcome drink. The ceremony begins @ 13.00 pm.

Do I need to be tested for Covid to enter the venue?

If you are double vaccinated and can provide QR code, and ID you don't need to be tested. If you are not vaccinated, you have to be tested. Please visit : testenvoortoegang.org Download the Corona Check App Make an appointment Select "Horeca" 11th September 12:30pm. Choose the test day: MAX 24 h before arrival at Landgoed Huis de Voorst Choose test location and time slot for your speed test ( MAX 24 h before arrival) Free of charge Confirm with your phone number ( You will receive verification code ) & you will receive the test result on SMS ( normally 1-2 h before result is ready) Please bring your ID.

YES. Everyone need to fill in a form before you enter Landgoed. Please open your browser and search for : https://qrco.de/bcJV84 This needs to be filled in within 24 h before your arrival.

Is there transport from the hotel to the venue Saturday 11.09?

Yes, where we have arranged shuttle bus leaving 12:15 pm from Hampshire Hotel to Landgoed Huis De Voorst and return at 00.15 am.

What happen with my hotel booking that was from 11-13/12 or 12-12/12?

Answer

Christine has moved all the reservations that was 11-13/12 or 12-13/12 to 10-12/09 or 11-12/09, depending if you booked for 1 or 2 nights. This is for everyone who booked with the hotel code: GF7668 (directly to the hotel)

Yes, there is free parking at Landgoed huis De Voorst where we will be during the whole wedding
