Where is the ceremony and the reception?

Both the ceremony and reception are at La Massaria at Bella Vista, in Gilbertsville, PA

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30PM, you can arrive at La Massaria no earlier than 4:00PM. Please be prompt!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes we will be providing transportation to and from the hotel. Check out the Travel Page for more information on the hotel & transportation times!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal cocktail attire. For ladies, a formal dress or pant suit. For men, suit or blazer with dress pants. We are hoping to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside weather permitting.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

The name(s) that are specified on the formal invitations is/are the only person(s) were asking to attend. A big family automatically turns into a large guest list! We are trying to include as many special individuals as possible. If your invite says “& Guest” or “Family” please ensure you RSVP for those individuals.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you and your kids; however, Mom and Dad deserve a night away and would like to keep our reception to adults only.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes of course! Please let us know ASAP so we can make accommodations with our venue.
