When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by Friday, August 29. You can mail back or RSVP online.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to capacity limits at our ceremony and reception venues, the only children at our wedding are those in the immediate family.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is cocktail to formal attire. For men, suits or tuxedos. For women, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is also addressed to a guest, you may bring a guest with you. Please do not bring more people than have been invited per your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Our menu selections have considered dairy, gluten, and vegetarian diets. All items will be label on the buffet. If you have other concerns, please reach out so we may talk with the venue host as soon as possible.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony starting.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are colocated. The parking lot has ample parking to accommodate our guests as well as guests of any other event that may be ongoing.

Which entrance should I use?

Answer

The venue has 2 entrances. The main entrance opens to our event. It will be the double doors under the porte-cochere. Do not follow the path under the black canvas to the right of the main doors as you may be joining another party.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide single use Uber discount codes that you may redeem to cover the cost or partial cost of a single direction uber ride on the day of the event. All codes will be capped at a dollar amount to cover the one way fare to or from the hotel. You may use more than one code. Codes are not limited to travel between the venue and hotel but the amount may not cover your travel cost.
