Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly, we ask that you RSVP by April 1st 2025. If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our April 1st deadline, you will be marked as " not attending". The reason for this being that we must provide an accurate guest count to all of our vendors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is garden party attire. For suggestions, look under the Schedule Tab.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we have hired a shuttle to take people to and from the Fairfield Inn & Suites Grand Mound Centralia throughout the duration of the wedding.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely. We want to accommodate all of our guests. Please let us know by April 1st 2025.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire day will be outdoors. If you are from out of town, June in Washington is very warm. We suggest keeping this in mind when planning your wedding attire. Ladies, please avoid wearing narrow, pointy heels as it is a grassy environment.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you arrive by 4:00 pm for our ceremony start time at 4:30 pm.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The closest hotel to the venue is the Fairfield Inn & Suites Grand Mound Centralia. We have provided a discount code for guests to use when booking; you can find that under the Travel Tab. We have also provided a shuttle from this hotel to the venue.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you choose to drive to the ceremony and reception, there will be enough parking for everyone.

Question

Can i take photos and videos during the ceremony

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/ off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments and we'd hate to have a person's phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!
