For those of you who are driving (rental or your own) - most hotels in the area are free parking and the travel times are as follows: - from DFW: 40 minutes - from Granbury: 1h 45m - from Waco: 2h - from Killeen: 3h
Flight
For anyone flying in, DFW is 30 minutes from the venue and hotel, and Dallas Love Field is 40. You can get flights to either airport nationally. The primary carrier at DFW is American Airlines and the primary at Dallas LF is Southwest.
Rental Car
The cost for an Uber from DFW to the hotel is approximately $40 one way. The cost for an Uber from any of the surrounding hotels is approximately $5-15 one way. Please note: we will provide vouchers for an Uber ride back to the hotel from the venue as we will have an open bar and we want to support our guests in avoiding drinking and driving.
