WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?

WHAT IF I DON'T RSVP IN TIME?
Answer
If you do not RSVP by August 25th, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you.)

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT MAKE IT?
Answer
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Shelbie as soon as you are aware.

CAN I BRING A DATE/PLUS ONE?
Answer
Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.

IS THIS A KID FRIENDLY WEDDING?
Answer
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies can wear midi or floor length dresses. Gentleman can wear slacks and button down shirts with ties. Please no jeans, sneakers and of course, no wearing white.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
We ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?
Answer
Our wedding will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

WILL THE EVENT BE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside with the reception to follow inside.

Yes! There will be a beer, mixed-drink & wine bar!
