Allyson Stauffer

Maid of Honor

Allyson (Ally) and Alison (Ali) have been best friends since 3rd grade after they were introduced by some classmates who thought it was cool they had the same name...and they've been confusing people ever since. The two, otherwise known as "A squared," have been through it all together and created a real sister-hood, inseparable bond. Allyson will be the maid of honor in the wedding and will be playing the piano during the ceremony.

Molly Onasch

Matron of Honor

Molly is Ali's older sister. Molly is 3.5 years older than Ali and naturally played the role of the older, coercive sibling to the heeding, younger sibling growing up. They always had fun creating new things and playing dress-up and dolls as kids. You may see the two constantly teasing each other, but through the buffoonery, you'll catch glimpses of love and the occasional decorum. Molly took the engagement photos for the couple and are featured throughout the website. Molly and her husband, Caleb, recently had a little baby girl named Elaine making Ali and Dawson the newly dubbed aunt and uncle! Molly will be the matron of honor at the wedding.

Thomas Bernot

Best Man

Tom, also known as Pap, is Dawson’s amazing grandfather. He is a man of many talents that has expertly taught Dawson in the ways of carpentry and working on cars, among many other skills. Pap and Dawson are members of the Ford City Lions Club where they volunteer in the community. They also do many maintenance jobs at their church and help build handicap ramps for people’s homes through the organization, Ramps of Hope. Tom and Janice (AKA Nana) have taken Dawson on many fun trips including touring around to different antique stores which grew his love for all things retro. Pap will be Dawson's best man in the wedding and walk Dawson's Nana down the aisle.

Leland Bennett

Groomsman

Leland has been Dawson’s best friend since 8th grade when they sat next to each other in math class. They both enjoy going record shopping with each other while both listening and talking about 80’s music. Leland will be Dawson’s groomsman at the wedding.

Robert Bruner

Father of the Bride

Robert (Bob) is Ali's father. Bob and Jen met in highschool at Christian School of York and their love has blossomed ever since. Bob and Jen lived in Chicago for a period of time before they moved back to PA where Bob started his own financial business. Bob and Jen got married in the 90's and had their first child, Molly, in 2000, then their second, Ali, 3 years later. Bob has been a guiding mentor in Ali's life and has shown what true patience, hard work, compassion and perseverance looks like. Bob will be giving Ali away to Dawson at the wedding.

Jenifer Bruner

Mother of the Bride

Jenifer (Jen) is Ali's father. Jen and Bob met in highschool at Christian School of York and their love has blossomed ever since. Bob and Jen lived in Chicago during Jen’s doctorate school, but soon came back to the Lancaster area to start their family here in PA. Jen has been a guiding mentor in Ali's life and has taught her discernment, compassion, and the need for grace. Bob and Jen will be giving Ali away to Dawson at the wedding.

David Dingey

Father of the Groom

Dave is Dawson's dad. Amanda and Dave have both been happily married for 25 years. After their first two years of being married they had their pride and joy, Dawson. Dave works as a truck driver during the day and an exceptional father at night. Dawson and Dave both help in the bakery when needed and both share a love for 007 movies and anything action. Over the years, Dave has taught Dawson many tips and tricks about how to be a good landscaper and has always been there to support Dawson.

Amanda Dingey

Mother of the Groom

Amanda is Dawson’s mom. She and her husband Dave have been married for 25 years (October 23rd) and two years after marriage had their pride and joy, Dawson. Amanda is the owner of Studecakers bakery, in which Dawson has helped over the years with. Amanda and Dawson have been going to concerts for years and years. They both enjoy seeing Dave Matthew’s Band, OAR and many, many, MANY other bands.

Elaine Onasch

Flower Girl

Elaine-Rose is Molly and Caleb's firstborn child. She recently turned one, and to Aunt Ali's dismay, didn't quite get the concept of a smash cake (no messes, Elaine said). She has been a true joy and ball of energy for the family. You will often hear her Aunt Ali call her Tiny as she was so small in everyone's arms. Elaine will be walking down the aisle as the flower girl, being simply adorable as her dad, Caleb, walks her down.

Sam Whicker

Officiant

Sam Whicker, otherwise known as Whicker to Ali has been a family friend, mentor, basketball and volleyball coach growing up. He coached Molly for basketball in middle school and coached both of the girls in volleyball in high school. Sam moved a few years ago with his family to Tennessee where he works as an assistant principal, athletic director, and Bible teacher at a Christian school. Sam has always been such a leader in the faith and a guiding light in growing closer to Jesus. Sam will be officiating the wedding.
