The LAST day to RSVP is May 26, 2025. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as a “No”. We will miss you celebrating with us but we are obligated to provide a total count for our vendors in a timely manner & will not be accepting late RSVPs.
If you have a guest listed on your invite, then yes! Otherwise, we have chosen to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!
We LOVE your kiddos! However, we have decided to have an ADULTS ONLY weekend. We realize this may impact your plans, and we want to make sure you have plenty of time to arrange for childcare! We hope that you will still be able to join us for our special day, we look forward to celebrating with you!
With the pleasure of such a beautiful view at our venue, we will be having the ceremony outdoors ( weather dependent ). After the ceremony concludes, we will open the doors and allow for everyone to go in/ out for cocktail hour & the reception *If you are uncomfortable with being outside for an extended time during the ceremony, all we ask is that you watch from inside and do not go back/ forth to avoid interruptions.
We highly recommend you arrive at least 20-30 minutes before our 4:00pm ceremony time. This gives everyone enough time to be on schedule. * If you arrive late and the wedding has started, we ask that you stand in the back until the ceremony is finished to avoid interruption, and then join us for cocktail hour!
We would love to see our family & friends dress up with us!! We are requesting semi-formal attire (no jeans please!) * Please be mindful of the potential weather when choosing any outfits/accessories, we want EVERYONE to feel their best!
We kindly ask that you avoid any and all colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, ivory, cream.
In order to keep the focus on the love & commitment we are making to each other, we will kindly request that your phone is silenced/off and stowed away for the entirety of the ceremony. We have hired an AMAZING photographer and videographer to capture all the special moments, and we will happily share photos when we get them! You are more than welcome to bring your phones back out for the cocktail hour/reception!
Our DJ will NOT be taking music requests on the night of our wedding. * Disclaimer: We understand that some of our guests may have different tastes in music, but we kindly ask that everyone respects our choice of music and joins us in having a great time on the dance floor! If you feel the music during the reception is not to your liking, feel free to excuse yourself and enjoy the rest of your evening in a quieter setting.
Yes! There is a parking lot behind the venue as well as handicap parking spaces along the side closer to the venue. *We ask all of our guests that you PLEASE do not drive to the wedding if you plan on drinking; We will have transportation PROVIDED (see accommodation info) &/or consider carpooling with someone you know at the wedding that is *not* drinking.
