We’re getting married!

Like many modern-day love stories, Dawn and Dov met online—through Match.com—and discovered fairly soon that something special was unfolding. Their first date turned into a three-hour conversation (Dov barely touched his food!), and from there, a deep friendship began to bloom. Over the past two years, their relationship has been rooted in trust, growth, and shared values. From spiritual retreats to chiropractic conferences, from navigating the complexities of parenting to showing up for each other’s communities, their love has unfolded with care and intention. Just six weeks after meeting, Dov joined Dawn for the Mile High Chiropractic Movement, and was welcomed into her world—and her heart—with warmth and grace. From the start, he showed up not only for Dawn, but for her son Taylor, with a kindness and steadiness that spoke volumes. Both had known heartbreak. Both had walked winding paths. And both had waited—well into their mid-to-late 40s—for a love that felt truly right. Now, they are building something grounded and expansive—together. One of Dawn’s favorite memories so far came during a particularly rough patch—at the beginning of what turned into a long, painful journey with a failed root canal. She was in so much pain she had to miss a rare day of work—something she hadn’t done in a decade. Dov, attuned to her needs, decided what she needed most was rest, healing, and hot springs. He whisked her away for a peaceful weekend escape, just the two of them. On the drive home, Dawn was playing Light of Love by Jai-Jagdeesh — gentle Sanskrit mantras filling the car with sacred serenity. Then they entered a tunnel. Without hesitation, Dov hit the gas. The Challenger let out a deep, echoing roar that bounced off the tunnel walls, completely juxtaposed with the peaceful chanting inside. It was awesome! Like two worlds colliding—in harmony. A moment of hilarity and sweetness, deeply them. Their life together is made of these small, meaningful moments—both sacred and silly. And while this wedding is a celebration of their love, it’s also something more.
