Just as Dawn was about to give up on love & dating apps, she decided to give Bumble one last chance. Dawn and Jon matched (apparently they matched on more than one occasion)! After a couple of days of messaging, they exchanged numbers and planned a date. These are their thoughts about their first date at Mellow Mushroom: Jon: "I was looking forward to meeting. She was really cute. We were at Mellow Mushroom and split a pizza. The convo was great and helped me realize she was someone I would want to be with. The one. 😉" Dawn: "I remember being so nervous when we first met, but when he hugged me, my nervousness went away. He served me pizza first. It's probably the sweetest thing someone's ever done for me on a first date (or any date). 🥹" After sharing a pie, the rest is history! From traveling to new cities with each other, to morning walks at the beach with the pups, we are excited to begin our forever together! We are so elated and blessed to celebrate our wedding and begin this new chapter surrounded by our loved ones and close friends.
