Are there additional hotels available outside of the venue hotel?

Answer

Yes. Please Google surrounding hotels. There are several different hotels in a 3-10 mile radius that are convenient to the Hotel venue.

Can you book additional days outside of the hotel block?

Answer

Yes, you can book additional days. However; the additional days WILL NOT receive the discounted rate. The Hotel Block is from 8/23/2024-8/25/2024. In order to receive the discounted rate, you must reserve the block for the entire weekend. ANY days outside of the 8/23-8/25 window WILL NOT be discounted.
