What is the dress code?
Answer
We encourage all guests to wear formal attire. No jeans please.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4 o’clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 3:50pm or you will sadly miss out on our ceremony.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, there will be a spot for you to RSVP for them along with yourself on our wedding website. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our son Jackson. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, but the cocktail hour area will be covered. The reception area is indoors and air conditioned.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot attend, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us!

Can I bring my own alcoholic beverages?
Answer
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on to the premises.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We will be having a BBQ buffet style dinner, as well as a late night pizza!
Question
Will there be transportation offered to and from the venue?
Answer
Transportation will be provided beginning at 2:30pm from the hotel listed under the travel tab, to the venue, with the last trip being at 3:30pm before the ceremony. We will have transportation back to the hotel beginning at 9:00pm and ending at 11:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! The venue will have parking but it will be limited. We suggest if you are staying at the hotel, to utilize the provided transportation to and from the hotel.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
The ceremony will continue outdoors, rain or shine. Please plan accordingly if it does rain.
