What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will be starting at 2pm so please arrive by 1:30pm.

What COVID measures will be in place?

Answer

These are ever-changing with the government guidance but at the moment, there will be temperature checks on arrival and you will be required to complete a track & trace form. Masks are also required for parts of the day (so start shopping for that perfect mask to match your outfit!). The venue will also be operating on a card-only basis.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oh la la! In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Unexpected guests will be alpaca-ed!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! However, if they haven't formally been invited on your invitation - please let us know!

Question

How do we get back to our hotel at the end of the night?

Answer

If you're staying near the venue, we would suggest booking a taxi back. If you're staying in Edinburgh, a taxi should take about 30 - 40 minutes. Alternatively, there are trains from Kirknewton / West Calder / Livingston, although we would also suggest pre-booking a taxi to the station.
