We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans or T-shirts. In addition, please do not wear white, ivory, cream or a similar shade. "Gallery" tab above will show some inspiration photos.

Although we highly recommend this weekend to be a treat for yourself with a "parents weekend out", we do welcome kids. Please see invitations that include the names of children who are invited.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for understanding!
It's recommended to arrive early enough for parking, to find a seat and socialize before the ceremony begins. Ceremony will have a strict start of 3pm. We recommend to arrive at the venue no later then 30 minutes before the ceremony time. Entering the gates of the venue to the parking area is about a 10 minute drive. Golf cart escorts will be waiting at the parking area to take each guest from their car to the ceremony area, but this service will stop 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. Please take that time into your travels. If you arrive after the ceremony time, you will not be seated and will have to wait until start of cocktail hour.

There are several hotels nearby, please see "Where to stay" tab above for a few recommendations. Our venue also holds villas you can rent per night. If you do wish to rent one of the villas on site, please reach out to Chelsea(510-707-2254) and she will send more information for booking.
Ceremony and Reception will be in the same venue. Although there are plenty of hotels near by, unfortunately there are NO rideshare such as Uber/Lyft/Hotel Shuttles available. Parking will be available at the venue. Venue is about 1 hour away from major city, Dallas.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers. We ask you take this time to join both families and enjoy each other's companies. Photo ops will be in the cocktail area, so please enjoy this time!

Ceremony and Reception will be held at the same location. Ceremony will be outdoors and Reception will be indoors. Roaming wildlife like whitetail deer and majestic elk may be present on the grounds. We are asking all guests to please respect the private acre and the safe and friendly wildlife during our stay. Driving up from the entrance gates to the venue's parking lot is a rocky drive - please drive carefully.
