Hotel reservations
For your comfort and convenience, we have made the following hotel arrangements. A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a special rate for this occasion. The rate for the rooms is $199.00 a night from Friday, August 4th to Sunday, August 6th. Parking will be a discount of $15.00. They provide a Complimentary shuttle service to and from LaGuardia Airport and Complimentary Wi-Fi.
A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Guest accommodation will be available no earlier than 3:00 pm on arrival day and reserved until 11:00 am on departure day. If anyone wishes for special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure. All individual cancellations must be done by 3:00 pm the day prior to arrival.
