Ceremony Reader
Through marriage I am lucky enough to gain two more sisters. Natalie and I share a great love for The Avett Brothers, meal prep, and family holidays. Can't imagine anyone better to start our wedding ceremony and lead us in prayer.
Flower Girl & Flower Mama
Jewell and Anna have been through it all together- mostly expressed through an excessive amount of Krispy Kreme doughnuts and physical contact. Now that she's a mama of a little angel- we couldn't help but have them walk (and be carried) down the aisle with us!
Maid of Honor
My built in friend for life, and the obvious cooler sister. Wouldn't be who I am or able to do what I do without my little sister stone by my side.
Best Man
Been friends with this stunner since he invented the selfie back in the day. We've been great friends ever since, and he's definitely been my most positive influence- even though I used to blame him for everything ( hah Sorry Austin!)
Bridesmaid
My future sister, and snorkeling buddy- always available for a 3 hour long talk on the phone, or a quick flight to somewhere exotic. The actual litmus test for becoming a part of the family.
Groomsman
Been friends since 1st grade Cubs baseball- and not a whole lot has changed. My oldest and longest friend- we've been through everything together. From elementary school, roommates, trips to "Destiny", and family vacations- he's always put a smile on my face.
Bridesmaid
Friends for 18 going on 19 years, and never doubted it for a second. Our friendship grew from humble (and mildly abusive) beginnings, and I thank God every day you've decided to be nicer to me in our old age.
Groomsman
Ever since meeting him in 10th grade, I always knew Hank would make a great addition to the crew. I can always count on a good conversation and an ever better time when he's around- I am glad to have him standing next to me on my wedding day.
Bridesmaid
Friends for years- and some may say in another lifetime, Caroline and I have grown up together in more ways than one. We have been with each other through the highs and the lows- and I am still coming to terms that we've never been the same height.
Groomsman
Eric is the husband of Anna's best friend, and as soon as I met him, I knew a bromance was blossoming. Eric "ain't never sit in no chair"- so I had no other choice but to have him standing next to me- and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Bridesmaid
Our friendship blossomed from lots of unannounced and uninvited trips to my house, and I can't really think of a better example of our friendship. The most spontaneous person I know- with the biggest heart. Responsible for quite forcefully hand delivering a puppy to my house.
Groomsman
Alex is too tall for most indoor ceremony locations, so we were forced to be married outdoors. I've never known someone to make me laugh so hard all while feeling slightly uncomfortable. He is a great, loyal friend- and someone I have come to admire.
Bridesmaid
One of my very biggest cheerleaders and favorite people. Absolutely never any question about what she's thinking, and one of her very best qualities is shaping and transforming 3 boy's lives. One small- yet adult, and two little ones.
Groomswoman
Doobee, or Mrs. Alana as she likes to be called, is a firecracker. She has become one of my very best friends, and someone I know I can always count on for a good time or a good game of pool. Plus, I know she looks sharp in a tailored suit.
Bridesmaid
The tallest glass of water and one of the best friends a girl could wish to have. Bonded over mexican food, doughnut onesies, and Harvey Nipplepants of the Magoogoo Tribe. Truly does all the things for all the people, and throws one heck of an engagement party.
Groomsman
I met Calhan on his wedding day in SF- and then he moved all the way to Georgia just to be closer to me. We've had a blast together in Atlanta- and I feel so lucky to have him stand next to me on my big day!
