Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request our guests to dress in formal attire, and wear black and/or white, with accents of gold. Feel free to wear white, but no white jackets, please.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start in the lobby of the Radisson at 4:00 p.m. promptly. Please be sure to arrive before then! Our officiant will make an announcement for people to be seated prior to the start of the ceremony.

What is the pick-up and drop-off schedule for the shuttle?

Answer

The shuttle will be picking up people from the Courtyard at 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to drop people off at the Radisson prior to the ceremony. The shuttle will be picking people up from the Radisson at 11:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. to drop off at the Courtyard at the end of the wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the Radisson. Parking is free for people visiting the hotel for the ceremony and reception, but there is a $5 fee per night for overnight guests staying at the Radisson.
