When should I RSVP by?

We kindly request you RSVP by January 31, 2025.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Don't forget to bring a jacket!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal to formal attire is preferred but not required. Tuxes and gowns are welcome and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please, no jeans or casual attire. Many parts of the garden grounds are cobblestone - stiletto heels aren't recommended.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. We recommend utilizing Uber or a ride share app if you need transportation to and/or from your hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are two locations for guest parking: Main Parking Lot: 144 Clayton Lane, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 Overflow Parking: 1505 County Road 283 South, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 A complimentary shuttle to and from wedding venue will be provided by Grayton Beach Catering Shuttle (for both parking lots). Shuttle service will begin at 3:45pm and run until all guests have been transported back to their vehicles.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. You are welcome to begin arriving at 4:00pm. We will have a complimentary coffee bar open for guests from 4:00pm - 4:30pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Capacity is limited due to venue size, therefore invitations are restricted to specified guests only. If you would like to bring a +1 please reach out to Ashley or Shane directly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the delicate nature of the venue (and the open bar we'll be having) we are not extending invitations to children. This is non-negotiable. We hope our guests are understanding.
