Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins (3:00-3:15). This will ensure that everyone has time to settle in, find their seats, and fully enjoy the ceremony. Please note that once the processional begins at 3:30pm, the doors will be closed, and late arrivals will not be able to enter until the ceremony procession concludes. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We kindly request that guests dress in black tie optional attire for the celebration. This would include dark colors suits, or tuxedos if you have one, and floor length cocktail dress or a long gown. We respectfully request that our guests to select a color other than brown for their attire, as brown will be worn by the wedding party. We want everyone to feel comfortable while still maintaining the elegance of the occasion. Your thoughtfulness in helping us make our wedding photos perfect and ensuring a cohesive look for our special day is greatly appreciated!

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event unless they are a sibling of the groom. We hope this provides an opportunity for parents to enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Where can we stay if the drive is too far?
Answer
For your convenience, we've secured a room block at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia at a special rate. Please utilize the Hotel tab on our website when booking. We recommend booking before 6/24/2026 to secure the discounted rate. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk from our venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
We know parking in Philly can be a bit of a challenge (and costly!), so we've got you covered! Complimentary parking will be provided in the Parkway open lot. The Parkway parking lot is an open-air lot located directly to the right of Union Trust at 711 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. As you are driving down Chestnut Street, turn left into the lot with the large mural painting. The Union Trust is easily accessible through the set of glass front doors on Chestnut Street. There are two large silver plaques with the Union Trust and Finley Catering logos flanking the entrance.

What will the food and drink look like?
Answer
Get ready for a feast! We'll have ample amounts of delicious food throughout the entire wedding. Kick things off during the cocktail hour with a delightful array of passed hors d'oeuvres and multiple food stations. For the first 30-45 minutes of the reception, we'll enjoy a plated dinner. And to cap off the night, prepare for a sweet ending with a fantastic dessert bar! To get the celebration started an open bar will begin during cocktail hour and will continue for the rest of the night. If you're still ready to party with the happy couple, we're keeping the good times rolling with a two-hour after-party! Expect even more food and a continued open bar to keep the celebration going strong.
