Guests may arrive anytime after 4:00pm.

We have blocked rooms at Hampton Inn and The Double Tree. Please see the "Stay" page for more details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking available to accommodate all of our guests.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony and reception site?

Answer

There will be two 14 passenger shuttles running from 3:30pm-12am. The shuttles will pick up and drop off at the hotel. Drop off at different locations can be accommodated depending on distance.
