We met as young children as a result of our families attending First Assembly of God. From there our mothers planned and prayed that one day we would end up together. We were childhood sweethearts for a very long time. As fate would have it we stayed friends growing up through school and college, but never more until our first date on September 29, 2019. From that moment on we were inseparable, and we made it official on October 17, 2019.

On our one year anniversary we returned to Raccoon Mountain, the spot of our first date. He planned for a surprise photoshoot with Sarah Michelle Photography, which then turned into a proposal.
