FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that our wedding be a Semi Formal or Formal event. We would love to see your best dress attire right along side with us. Those retired bridesmaid/prom dresses, long dresses or tea dresses, those suits you never get to show off- we want to see it! We kindly ask any ladies to avoid wearing any type of white dress. Please respect these wishes and of course, if you have any questions on what is appropriate please feel free to ask the bride or groom directly.

Question

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

As someone who never wanted to be mistaken for a bridesmaid when attending a wedding, I added this on here in case you were like me! Our bridesmaids/wedding party will be wearing an "evergreen" color similar to "olive green". For those who are concerned as well, black is definitely an okay color to wear. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom directly.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos and we would love to include everyone. However, there is a max of number of guests from our venue. Unfortunately we are only able to invite close family children only. We encourage you to use this as a mini kid-free vacation or date night. If your child is invited, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00pm promptly. Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you get to your seat on time.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

September 1, 2026.

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What if I RSVP'd and I can no longer make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride and groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance. Ideally before the RSVP deadline would be appreciated!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course, please let us know on your RSVP or reach out to the bride or groom directly. We know allergies/preferences are important and we do not want you worrying about that day of!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please plan to bring a tip for the bartenders if you feel so inclined. If you are staying at the hotel provided, there will be transportation from the venue back to the hotel. If you plan on driving home, please arrange transportation home. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!

Question

Do you have hotel blocks for guests?

Answer

Yes! We also have shuttles from our selected hotel. Please see this information under the "travel" tab.

Question

Can we uber to/from the venue?

Answer

Our venue has informed up that ubers/lyfts are hard to come by around the venue- especially after a wedding. Please keep that in mind when planning your ride home. As a reminder, we have provided transport for those staying/parking at the designated hotel.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, please visit the "schedule tab" to see what has been planned and if you would like to join!
