RSVP must be received by April 10th 2023 at the very latest or it will be assumed that you are not attending. It would be very much so appreciated if you would RSVP as soon as you can.
Yes. Semi-Formal dress. We want everyone to be comfortable in whatever they choose to wear while at the same time keeping a Semi- Formal dress code. One big thing to keep in mind is that this will be an outdoor event. Make sure to dress in layers as Washington weather can be unpredictable, and make sure you wear comfortable shoes that will do well outside. If you have any specific questions on whether your outfit will be appropriate please feel free to reach out.
We have very limited capacity for additional guests. If you have someone that you would like to bring please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate. Plus one's will be on a first come first served basis, please keep in mind that we will not be able to accommodate everyone.
Children are welcome and we look forward to seeing them all, however there are a few things to keep in mind. Per venue requirements all children under the age of 13 are required to stay with a parent or guardian at all times. Our venue has a lot of very beautiful landscaping that could be easily damaged by anyone playing in it. There will be an open area to play in as well as a fairly large selection of lawn games that children are welcome to play with. We ask that everyone stay on the paths and out of the trees and other plant areas at all times. If you are unable to keep your child under control or any children are found without a parent or guardian both the child and parent will be asked to leave.
Yes, there will be ample parking at the venue.
We would love to hear from anyone wanting to speak! Please let us know in advance so we can add your name to our speech list.
This will be a completely unplugged ceremony meaning there will be no use of electronics of any kind during the ceremony. We ask that you please keep your phones silenced and put away for the duration of the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer for the ceremony so there will be no need to take photos of your own. If you would like copies of any photos they will be available on our website after we get them back.
We would appreciate if everyone would keep phone use to a minimum during the reception with the exceptions of taking pictures. If you have to make a phone call please take it out to the parking lot.
Yes, the whole event is accessible. Accessible entrances and bathrooms will be clearly marked.
We are doing most of the prep, set up, and tear down ourselves so any form of help is appreciated. Please reach out to our email if you would like more info!
