Where is the ceremony and reception?

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will take place at The Grands at Mulligans- The Ballroom in Sartell, MN.

Which room are you getting married in?

Answer

There are two separate spaces at The Grands. The Brooks’ wedding will be held in The Ballroom (The right entrance).

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors. Outdoor space will also be available throughout the evening for guests to enjoy.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless stated otherwise on your invitation, we are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding as we'd like to keep the guest list to those who know us very well.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love children, but due to limited space we can only accommodate the guests listed on the wedding invitation and members of the wedding party. Please enjoy a night off, we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the venue. A shuttle will be available to take guests back to the hotels we have blocked, so you are welcome to leave your car overnight. Please note that vehicles must be picked up before 11 AM on Sunday.

What's the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our friends and family to join us in dressing up for the occasion. We kindly request formal attire for our wedding (black tie optional). Ladies may wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen may wear a suit and tie, a casual suit, or a long-sleeve button-down with dress pants or slacks. Please no jeans and no white.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to take photos and videos during the ceremony. We kindly ask that you do not use flash and that you silence your devices to help keep the moment peaceful.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Feel free to post photos of yourselves and fellow guests. We kindly ask that you refrain from posting photos of the bride and groom during the ceremony so we can share our wedding announcement with professional photos first. Once those photos have been posted, you are welcome to share them as well. Thank you for respecting our privacy.

We will be so sad that you can’t celebrate our big day with you, but we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Answer

Yes, beer, wine, rail and call drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us. Come ready to celebrate!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling beverages. Due to venues policy and restrictions, you are not allowed beverages onto the premises.

Will there be meal options for guest with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

Where should I bring or send my wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, it can be delivered to our parents home at 12105 39th St. NE, St. Michael, MN 55376. (We are in the transition of moving). We will also be having a bridal shower, and there will be a card box and gift table at the reception as well!

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

The reception will conclude at 11:30PM with the last dance, and the final shuttle will leave at 12:30AM.
