Our wedding has an Enchanted Forest theme, so we’d love for our guests to dress with that in mind! Please wear greens, pastels, or neutral tones. Think of it as “Sunday Best meets a walk in the woods.” Slacks, non-ripped jeans, button-ups, dresses, skirts, and nice shoes are all great choices. Just one rule: please avoid wearing white. Feeling extra magical? Guests are more than welcome to add a whimsical twist—think fairies, wizards (wedding appropriate, of course!), or even your favorite D&D character. We’re going for a slightly-more-formal Renaissance faire vibe, so feel free to have fun with it! If you’re unsure or want feedback on an outfit, don’t hesitate to reach out to Alexis or Dustin!
Yes and no. During the ceremony, we kindly request that you leave the picture-taking to our designated photo takers. We’d love for you to be fully present with us in this special moment. As for videos, we’ve got it covered! The entire ceremony will be recorded and/or livestreamed for those who couldn’t attend in person. At the reception, however, feel free to snap as many photos and videos as you’d like! We just ask that you share your memories with us so we can relive all the special moments. Instructions on how to share your media will be provided closer to the wedding day.
Absolutely! Your children are welcome to join us on our special day. That said, please be aware that the reception will include alcohol, explicit music, and strong language. We also want the ceremony to remain an intimate and heartfelt moment. If you choose to bring your children, we kindly ask that they are able to remain calm and respectful in this environment. Please note that any significant disruptions—whether from children or adults—may result in being asked to step away to preserve the experience for everyone.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at a private family property in Mountain View, Arkansas. Please see “Itinerary” for timing details.
A limited selection of beer and shots will be available. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol. Underage drinking is not permitted. Please drink responsibly and plan for safe transportation.
Yes, parking will be available, but space is limited. We kindly ask that guests carpool if possible. To help maximize parking, there will be designated areas for ceremony-only guests and for those attending both the ceremony and reception. There will be signs posted and people present to help direct you to where you need to go. :)
