FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly ask our guests to wear formal all-black attire to complement our wedding aesthetic. • Ladies: Black tea length or floor length dresses, or a black pantsuit • Gentlemen: A black button up and black pants. Ties are not required. To keep the look cohesive, please leave jeans, T shirts, shorts, and flannels at home for this special occasion. We look forward to seeing everyone looking glamorous and ready to dance the night away!

Question

When Should I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 31, 2026. Our final guest counts will have already been shared with our vendors, so unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate late RSVPs. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly — we appreciate it!

Question

When should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at approximately 3:00 PM. We recommend arriving with plenty of time to park, find the ceremony space, and be comfortably seated before we say “I do.” Please note that we ask guests not to arrive earlier than 2:00 PM — we promise it’ll be worth the wait!

Question

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

All invited guests will be listed on your RSVP page. Due to space limitations, we had to keep our guest list fairly intimate. If you believe we may have accidentally missed someone on your RSVP, please feel free to reach out and ask. Please note that this will be an adult-only wedding, with the exception of children in the wedding party and our immediate family (siblings only). Thank you so much for understanding and helping us keep our celebration cozy and meaningful.

Question

I Have a food allergy, can i make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you have food allergies or dietary concerns, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure you’re happily (and safely) fed.

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

If you were born before 1970, we lovingly recommend reaching out to your children or grandchildren for directions. If you were born after 1970, your GPS already knows the way. Either way — we believe in you.

Question

is there parking for the ceremony and reception? can I park overnight?

Answer

Yes! The venue offers ample parking for all invited guests. If you plan to leave your car overnight, it must be picked up by 10:00 AM the following morning. While we’d love to help, the newlyweds won’t be responsible for any towing fees — we’ll still be recovering from the dance floor!

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Holiday Inn. For everyone else — you’re on your own, but we have full confidence in your navigating abilities!

Question

Can I take photos during the wedding? Can I share on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you leave the phones and cameras down during the ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing professional photographer and videographer, and we’d love for them to capture the moment without a sea of screens. Once the reception begins, snap away, but please hold off on posting any photos to social media until after the ceremony and reception are over — then share all the love!

Question

are there accomodations nearby?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block at the Holiday Inn. For more details or to reserve your room, please reach out by September 11th.
