Please plan to be on time for the wedding shuttle. It will depart promptly and will not be able to wait for guests. Thank you!
For guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott, please plan to board the bus at 3:15pm. Because the Courtyard Marriott is on the corner of a one-way street (3rd Street), the bus may be positioned around the corner. If you do not see it on 3rd Street, please check Tryon Street. The bus will depart promptly at 3:25pm for the next location.
For guests staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Uptown, please be ready to board the bus at 3:30pm. The bus will depart promptly at 3:40pm for the next pickup location.
For guests staying at the Westin Hotel, please be ready to board the bus at 3:45pm. The bus will depart promptly at 3:55pm for the wedding venue.
At the end of the night, the bus will drop guests off at the after-party location before returning to all hotels.
