When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by the 1st of March 2026. This will allow us to inform the venue of numbers and any dietary requirements. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you will not be attending our day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 12.30pm as the ceremony will begin at 1pm. If you'd like to arrive earlier, you are welcome to visit the bar beforehand or explore the beautiful grounds.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is a black tie event. Gents, whilst there is no obligation to wear a black tuxedo, we do ask that you come in formal attire. Ladies, get your beautiful bright maxi dresses ready as our bridesmaids will be wearing black! We are hoping to have beautiful spring weather for our outdoor ceremony and drinks reception. However, it may be worth bringing a light jacket or pashmina scarf with you in case of a light breeze (the ceremony will be held indoors if it rains).

Are children invited?

Whilst we love your little ones, our wedding is an adults only event. We hope this allows you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the day with us! We thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our venue has a limit on guest numbers. Therefore, unless we have specified this on your invitation, please do not bring an additional guest.

I have a food allergy, can the venue cater for me?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know of your dietary requirements or food allergies, either within your RSVP, or by informing one of us directly. We ask that you let us know by 1st March 2026.

Do you have a gift list?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift! However, if you wish to gift us something, we would kindly appreciate contributions towards our dream honeymoon fund. Thank you for your generosity and love!

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

During our ceremony, we kindly ask that you do not take photos or videos - please relax and let our wonderful photographer and videographer capture the moment. After the ceremony, please feel free to snap away! We love a selfie. However, we ask that you refrain from posting images on social media until we have done so ourselves.

Is there parking available on site?

Answer

Wotton House has a number of parking spaces, including an overflow car park. Cars can be left overnight. Please inform the front desk of your registration number when you arrive.

What time will the wedding finish?

Answer

Our wedding day will draw to a close by midnight. We recommend pre-booking taxis (see info on our 'Accommodation and Transport' section).
