Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to get situated. If you have booked a room in our hotel block, the shuttle will leave for the venue at approximately 4:15 PM.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We would like to keep this event intimate so only those who are formally invited will be accommodated. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

We have young children, are they invited?

Answer

We love the youngest of our friends and family and would love to see them before or after the wedding, but so that everybody can fully relax and enjoy the celebration the ceremony and reception will be adult-only (21+) events.

I have a dietary restriction, will I be able to eat?

Answer

We got you! Mission BBQ is catering, so if you can eat there you'll be able to eat here but here are details on some specifics we know about: Nut allergies: Mission BBQ told us the only item they do not make in-house and can't guarantee to be safe is the slider rolls. Other than that, all food and desserts will be nut-free. Gluten and dairy sensitivity: We will provide gluten and dairy-free options If you have a concern about a specific restriction, let us know and we will make sure you're taken care of!

What colors are the wedding party wearing?

Answer

The bridal party will be in various shades of green and the groomsmen will be in gray suits.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors, but in the event of inclement weather we will move the ceremony to a covered outdoor space.

Is parking available on-site?

Answer

Yes, but vehicles may not be left overnight. If you plan to consume alcoholic beverages please consider making use of the shuttle or a ride sharing service.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
