Welcome Pool Party (Time Subject to Change)

Come in swimwear and light layers for the evening! Don't forget a pool towel!

This is a casual event at the on-site swimming pool. Anyone arriving in Oracle on Friday is welcome to come by and hang with us before the big day! The commercial kitchen is available for storing snacks and warming up food. We may coordinate for an on-site food truck closer to the event, but ordering in or bringing a picnic dinner is more than welcome! Charcoal grills are also available for use. Like at any hotel, BYOB is allowed in the rooms, but asked to be kept in discreet containers while in the public areas. ;) We will provide coolers and ice.
