When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 15th, 2026 so we may accommodate all our guests in a timely manner!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:25pm - 3:40pm to get settled into the venue prior to start the ceremony promptly at 4:00pm. We also have shuttles provided. Please see the venue/parking question below as well as on the Schedule tab of events.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

For the Welcome Party, please wear dressy casual. For the ceremony and reception, please wear cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. Ladies wearing heels if so desired, our suggestion is to wear blocked, wedges or flats vs. stilettos. We want you to be comfortable plus there is gravel and lawn areas to consider!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome and encouraged at the Welcome Party at Ruzzo! We can't wait to see them! For our ceremony and reception, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair. We hope this provides you with an opportunity for a night off and allows you to fully immerse yourselves in the celebration. We can't wait to share this evening of laughter, love, and dancing with all of our amazing friends and family. Thanks for understanding and making this day extra memorable!

Yes! We have a block at the Hilton Garden Inn and have provided additional options in the Travel section of the website!

How do I get to your venue & is there parking?

Answer

If you are staying in Oregon City/Clackamas or coming from out of town, please feel free to park at the Hilton Garden Inn in Clackamas, there will be two shuttles taking people to the venue. The first shuttle will depart from the Hilton at 3pm and the second at 3:15pm. The evening return shuttles back to the hotel will depart at 9pm for the earlier folks & 10:20pm after the reception. You do not have to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in order to use the shuttle. If you would prefer to drive yourself to the wedding venue, there is a parking lot onsite. Uber and Lyfts also work great but the shuttles will be your best option!

What do I need to know about your wedding/reception venue?

Here is a link to the venue map: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DWrPZ0nBcLLHr6AT0IoLYf7sg5Mmpi_P/view?usp=sharing - There is on-site parking near the entrance of the venue and the reception barn is a short walk from the parking lot - Both ceremony and reception are on-site - Our venue is a smoke-free venue of all sorts. - For the ladies, avoid wearing stiletto heels. Flats or wedges are best due to the lawn and gravel. Block heels should be okay! - Bathrooms will be provided near the reception barn with additional bathrooms near the parking lot
