What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits, or dressy separates. Bring a jacket or wrap—it may be chilly in December.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are kindly asked to arrive by 4:15p.m. The ceremony will begin at 4:30p.m.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at Trinity View Farm. Shuttle service will be provided from the parking lot to the ceremony.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but weather permitting, there may be some outdoor mingling with heaters around the area.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Hampton Inn in Franklin. Book by November 14, 2025 to get the group rate. Details are on the “Travel” page. For a luxury option, check out The Harpeth Hotel—right in downtown Franklin (note: no room block here).

Can I book the hotel room to arrive early or stay later?

Answer

Yes. The group rate at the Hampton Inn is honored for 3 days prior and 3 days after Dec 5-7th, based on availability of the hotel.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out!
