WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

On November 7, 2010 David and I met at Bridgeway Church. David was heavily involved in church as he still is today and I had just started attending service with my parents. The day we met the entire youth group had just came back from their annual fall retreat. Luckily we were given the chance to have a fun game night where we played the game "spoons". This allowed us to talk all night and get to know one another, resulting in me giving him my number. From that night on our friendship began and our appreciation, love, and support for one another grew every day. After over two years of being friends and MANY trials and tribulation later, we finally realized we wanted to be with each other. Throughout, the years we went through a lot of high times but also extremely low times. However, we always fought for one another because we knew we were meant to be together. Fast forward to December 1, 2019, after two years of friendship, seven years of dating, and every other friend engagements and/or marriage later he FINALLY asked me the number one question that everyone would always bring up...

David and I went to Colorado Springs, Colorado for vacation with our friends. On the second full day of being together on vacation we went to Blue Mountain Vineyard in Golden, Colorado where we had a wine tasting then we proceeded to go outside to explore the vineyard itself. After walking through three feet of snow for about five minutes due to the vineyard seeing the most snow fall in ten years. We ended up finding this beautiful spot overlooking a lake where our entire group of friends were taking pictures. When it was finally our turn to take "couple" photos David pulled me in and finally asked me to Marry Him.
