How You Brewin Coffee Company
A new favorite of ours. There are a couple on the island but great spot for some coffee and a snack. Great vibes inside and out.
Scojo's Eatery
Limited seating! Great food, upscale diner vibes.
Joeys' Pizza
Joeys' occasional waterfront restaurant!! (because of the street flooding when it rains). Great italian anything kinda place.
Custard Hut and Pizza
Great sandwiches, a grab and go kinda place.
Pinky Shrimp's Seafood Company
A take and go kinda place, there is outdoor seat yourself. Food is amazing, always go when visiting the island.
Lenny & John's Subs
You can sub bread for a pickle - if that’s your thing. It was wet, but very good. They also have their bread brought in from Brooklyn, so maybe just stick with that.... either way, a great choice coming here.
The Boardwalk
Top 3 ice cream we've had on the island, they also have a little store for vacation things and bike rentals.
Bowker's South Beach Grill
If you're anywhere near the end of the island this is worth a stop. They also make great sandwich melts.

Great pizza.
Bird and Betty's
Taylor Swift went to a wedding here, so that's notable.
The Chicken or the Egg - Beach Haven
Open 24 hr a day, very notable place that has been featured on Food Network and by now probably more - who knows. Great for sweet and savory, or sweet or savory depending on your vibe.

Lauren's favorite, and it is good! Line can be long whenever they're open but don't worry it is worth whatever wait and usually isn't terribly long.

Great breakfast place, they usually close around 1 or 2. Tables are kinda tight and if you're more than 4 definitely call ahead. But if you like breakfast, this is a must.
