Our Story
It all began back in December 2017, in Hannover, where Yeon-Joo was studying music, and David was working as an expat, building his career abroad. What started as a chance encounter quickly grew into a bond filled with love and laughter.
Very distant origins — South Korea and tiny Gozo — literally continents apart, yet we’ve discovered how much we share in common. We cherish each other's company, support one another wholeheartedly, appreciate the small moments together, and are excited about building our future together. As passionate foodies, we’ve shared countless meals together, always seeking out new culinary experiences.
In 2020, we welcomed Louie, our beloved dog, and started tending to a beautiful garden together, which has brought even more joy into our lives as nature lovers.
On November 3rd, 2023, we got engaged, and now we’re thrilled to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!
