Our engagement story began with a surprise getaway to the Monterey coast. We spent a dreamy afternoon in Carmel, where we enjoyed some wine tasting, music, and just soaking in our time together. As the sun began to set, David suggested a drive to find the "perfect shot” which, for us, is a regular weekend adventure! We pulled over at a secluded spot where the cliffs met the sea. He asked me to stand by the water’s edge so he could get the angle just right, but instead of snapping a photo, he stepped into the frame, took my hand, and got down on one knee. Surrounded by the sound of the waves and the beauty of the coast, I was a crying, happy mess! It was the most beautiful and easiest "Yes" of my life. We can’t wait to start our next chapter with all of you!
