Myrna posted photos of her world travels and million dollar smile. The first calls were filled with her contagious laughter, which only grows more with time. Little did we know that the first date was just the first step in joining our lives together. Our first date ended at the Bayside LIRR train station with a drunken good night kiss! The date was a hit! (Ask about the hand-holding story!) Each of us was so enthralled, that we secretly took pictures of each other and sent it to our best friends. Then, eleven months later after we met, we returned to the same station to get engaged.
The proposal took place at the station where we met for the first time. It was intimate and we both were happy to start a new chapter of our love. Truth to be told, I realized that this petite beautiful Latina must be my lifelong soulmate partner. More details to come during our vows.
Our chemistry was great from the start. And we each wanted more experiences together, which just confirmed our deep connection. Friends and family connections are very important to us. And all have been supportive and happy for our new love. Dave was welcomed to the family by being told to "Buckle Up" and Myrna was given a calendar for future family events.
Myrna's first question was, "where will I put my shoe rack?" LOL. For reference, her shoe rack is in the closet where my old shoes used to be. Another moving experience was that "apparently", I had a lot of expired food and mismatched socks which needed to be thrown out. The End.
One of the connections that we both discovered was the love for photography and nature. Together we have photographed stunning takes of nature and many selfies that somehow find their way to end up in social media. To honor us, if you take selfies, please tag us at #myrnadave24 which is our wedding hashtag.
