We initially “met” online and David 'liked' Winnie (and she apparently liked David too!). We chatted briefly and then agreed to a coffee date after a week. It only took one meeting for us to know....that we needed more of one another in our lives. Look at us now! The energy was and still is...magical!

From that fateful first coffee date, every moment spent together has been beautiful. From meeting and hanging with each others friends, game nights, discovering walking paths and beaches, listening to music, dancing, cooking together, eating spicy food (David outdoes Winnie any day!), wine tasting, celebrating holidays and family, snowmobiling, weddings, comedy shows, spending lots of quality time together, etc etc etc. The adventures still continue...Magical!

David wanted to do something big and special for Winnie's birthday. It had been almost a year and he had been planning it for awhile with a very dear and special friend. He proposed at sunrise, at the Grand Canyon, on her birthday. Words weren't needed as he went down on one knee and she started crying ( Winnie didn’t stop crying for about 45 minutes) immediately and a small crowd cheered as she said yes. After Winnie said yes we celebrated the proposal and her birthday with a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon where Winnie can be seen smiling and flashing her ring in every picture. Magical...
