We met in high school through a mutual friend, Tiffany’s long-time best friend and matron of honor, Julia. Some of our earliest memories include attending the annual Waterford Lakes fair and seeing the Social Network movie in theaters for the first time. In 2011, most of our classmates went to prom as juniors with seniors in high school. With nothing to do, and living just a neighborhood away from one another off of SR 419, we decided to go to finest restaurant in all of Oviedo- Steak ‘N Shake of course. As funny as that might seem, it’s the first place we hung out 1:1 and is now our Valentine’s tradition each February. We try to mix it up whether it’s a drive thru date, take home meal, return to the original seats where we sat in Oviedo, or simply trying a new shake flavor. Each year it’s just as special and sentimental. Another key part of our story (that David loves to share) is the fact that he asked Tiffany to homecoming as freshman in high school..but she said, “No” ! Shocking, but maybe not if you knew us back then. As we both recall, Tiffany said she was going with friends. If you ask her, she’ll also say boys were scary back then. Well, clearly David was playing the long game and time served them both well. David proposed to Tiffany on December 5th, 2025, recreating their first date at Disney Springs. Now, 17 years later, including 4 years of dating, a dog and a first home, we’re fiancés planning the next big step in our lives. On, Saturday, February 27th, 2027, David and Tiffany are to be married at Leu Gardens in a small ceremony, following dinner with their immediate families. As much as we love and value our friends and family, this is how we envision our day. However, we do still hope to include our loved ones by making the ceremony videography available as soon as possible. David still plans to have a bachelor party and Tiffany will have a bridal shower in the fall/winter. We hope you understand and support our decision.
