They love to laugh and it's not out of the ordinary when they are found laughing about nothing in particular. A great distance separates them now, but no distance can ever hinder the relationship they have.

Chris is David's older brother and the two share a long history together-- David has always looked up to and admired Chris for his enthusiasm for life and his love for nature. Chris was even the person who got David into biking, a passion that is unmatched in David's life still today. The two still share in awesome adventures together and enjoy seeking the road less traveled.
Allie Solan

Allie is one of Tia's best friends from high school. The two of them traveled to Alaska in 2008 as part of a school group and both have returned to live in this beautiful state. The two of them love to hike and try to make time to do so as much as possible, which is one of the many reasons the two of them get along so well! Despite often being separated by distance, Allie and Tia have one of those rare friendships that you can always rely on.

Alan is one of David's best friends; a friendship that started by riding bikes together over 15 years ago. Today they continue to do what they did as kids, but now it often includes some type of motorized vehicle. It is easy to see that both are proud of the accomplishments of the other and still challenge one another to be their best selves.
Deanna Depue

Deanna is one of Tia's best friends. She too was on the school trip that traveled to Alaska in 2008 and has since been drawn back to Alaska and everything it has to offer. Even with great distances separating them, it's a true gift to have someone that you know you can always count on when you need them.
Rick Shell

Rick is David's longest friend-- they have known each other since Elementary School where they would share in trips to the Roller Rink and chocolate chip pancakes. Now that they are grown, they continue to share in adventures but now these trips include shooting guns, hiking, and eating Sushi. David truly cherishes the friendship that he has with Rick, who he considers a brother more-so then a friend.

David's little sister and Tia's soon-to-be sister-in-law, Brooke goes out of her way to ensure people are taking care of. She is kind and compassionate and can be considered Bear's Godmother as she has taking care of him often when David and Tia are out of state.
Teej Farnsworth
Groomsman
Teej is the most charismatic, positive, and easy-going person David has even known. The two have spent countless adventures together camping, hiking, biking, and snow machining in the backcountry of Alaska. It is often that the two make plans at the last moment, but the memories they make in the process are unforgettable. Teej even dropped everything to help David move to Colorado for a summer he spent away from Alaska.

Miranda is cherished by both Tia and David. She has become one of Tia's closest friends and has known David since High School. Tia and David love getting to spend time with Miranda, and her whole family, camping and boating in the great outdoors! She has opened up her whole family to the two of them, and for that they are eternally grateful.

Kenny is one of David's younger brothers and it someone he greatly admires-- Kenny always has a smile on his face, no matter the circumstance and truly embracing life in all aspects. The two love to camp together and live the Alaska Life to its full potential.

David and Tia's lovable four-legged child who they can count on to always put a smile on their face. He has been Tia's right-hand man for 8 years, and for the past 4 years has loved getting to share in the adventures that Tia and David go on together.
