Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will also take place outside, but under a covered tent area. We’re looking forward to enjoying the beautiful fall weather, which should be quite pleasant and comfortable for the occasion.

Yes, there will be FREE valet parking at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at a wedding between 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to start. This will allow you time to find your seat, and settle in. Arriving early helps the event run smoothly.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be black-tie optional. If you choose not to wear a black tuxedo, you can opt for a dark suit and tie, which is still formal but less strict. For men, this usually means a dark suit with a tie, and for women, it can be a cocktail dress or an elegant evening gown.

The wedding reception will end at 11pm.

Answer

There is no on-site Wi-Fi, and cell service can be unreliable. We will provide shuttle service between the Embassy Suites and Homewood Suites hotels. If you prefer to use Uber or Lyft, please arrange your ride(s) before leaving the hotel.
