Cocktail attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass.
Gather at 2:10 pm at McMenamins Old St. Francis School for the charter bus shuttle to Juniper Preserve. Departure time is 2:30 pm. McMenamins Old St. Francis School 700 NW Bond St. Bend, OR 97703 Upon arrival at Juniper Preserve (approximately 3:00 pm), there will be shuttles from the clubhouse to the Lava Cave, where the ceremony will take place. Note: Please check the weather forecast and bring an extra layer if you get cold easily as it can be chilly near the cave. 3:30 pm Wedding Ceremony Cocktail Hour. There will be small bites and cocktails at the cave immediately following the ceremony. Shuttle to the Chantarelle Room Reception and Dancing There will be transportation back to Bend from the reception, with two different shuttle departures - one earlier and the other later.
