What airport do you fly into?

There are two airports in Crete; Chania and Heraklion. Chania (CHQ airport) is the closest to Platanias & Ryanair flies there!

How far is Platanias from the airport?

A 35 minute transfer Or approximately 2 hours taking a bus to Chania then a second one to Platanias

What should we wear?

Answer

Light, beach-friendly attire is recommended for the ceremony and reception. Don't worry ladies we will have flats for you for the sand!

Are children welcome?

Absolutely! We have many children in the family who we would love to join the celebrations.
