The website setup will always default to the full length of the group block to start with, but guests can then select the dates at the top next to the "Edit Stay" option to select one or two nights as they prefer. As long as the nights they select are still in the group block range, your rates will still be shown for them. Guests can call into the Hotel and ask for the "Ouellette Aherne Wedding" over the phone if they would like to. Our Hotel line is 603-658-5555, Ext 0 and they have someone at the Front Desk 24-7 who can book a room under the wedding block for any guests calling in. CUTOFF DATE Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 6:00 pm, Tuesday, 02/11/25 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Our check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM. All guests arriving before 3:00 PM Hotel’s Front Desk Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
