Best Men
David has known Marc and Ben for their entire lives. All three of them have shared the honor of being called “Bernie” on every sports team they’ve been on. There was never any doubt as to who would be David’s best men. David values Marc’s humility, sharp wit, and his dedication to patience, and he values Ben’s unmatched work ethic, sense of humor, and culinary aptitude. From the womb to the tomb, they will always be the three Bernstein brothers, DMB, David, Marc, and Ben.
Maid of Honor
Ruthy is so proud to have a super smart rugby-playing physicist as her sister. Even though Margaret is younger, Ruthy has always admired her for her ambition, focus, and devotion to friends and family. Thank you for being my Maid of Honor!
Groomsman
"Mazz" and David were part of the same pledge class their freshman year of college. Together, they served as President and Vice President, respectively, where David would translate Mazz's specific language of "Mazzarella-eeze". Throughout their time at Tufts, rarely a day went by where they didn't see each other. David has never been to Canada without Mazz, and Mazz is one of the best reasons David has to ever visit Los Angeles. Mazz's ability to debate on any topic is only matched by his unwavering loyalty to his friends and family.
Bridesmaid
Julia is one of Ruthy’s oldest friends and Ruth cannot picture life without her. From travel to both becoming pet parents they always have something to talk about and share. Julia is one of Ruth’s most stylish, incredible friends who Ruth knows will be a part of her life forever.
Groomsman
Andrew and David were both in the same pledge class in college. Andrew was (and still is) one of the smartest people David knows, and would frequently help David with his classes, even when he wouldn't admit he needed help. David would organize groups to go heckle Andrew's hockey games, and they grew even closer together especially after graduating, playing Combat Archery where Andrew would mercilessly shoot David with foam arrows.
Bridesmaid
Steph has known David since their sophomore year at Tufts. Within 5 minutes of meeting Ruthy at David’s New Year's party, she was already spilling his embarrassing stories. Steph and Ruth took the plunge to become friends as adults and bonded over The Bachelor, traveling, one-on-ones, and now zoom calls!
Groomsman
Jason and David met in their fraternity, where Jason served as President while David supported him as the Brotherhood chair. Jason and David have travelled the world together, including Iceland in the middle of winter, the Guiness factory in Dublin, and the Tomatina festival in Spain where they were pelted by trucks of tomatoes. Jason was present when David found out that he was allergic to seafood, though he would rather have not been there. They still bond over their love of sharing content with each other, ranging from tv shows, movies, and video games.
Bridesmaid
Evie and Ruthy met in the infant room in preschool and knew that they were going to be best friends forever! The only way they could communicate this was by crying when they were separated, which they still do sometimes. Hours on the phone while painting, knitting, or walking make it feel like they are still next to each other!
Groomsman
Joey and David pledged together freshman year, lived together for years, and have stayed the closest of friends for a decade (so far). Their friendship is iron-clad, but more importantly, their moms have met each other once and are still obsessed with each other to this day. David leans on Joey for advice on audio, dating women from Newton, MA, and how to cook spaghetti properly.
Bridesmaid
Cara and Ruthy met in their first-ever college class at Skidmore College. While living together and traveling together they had many international and culinary adventures! Cara is the best listener and has the biggest heart. No matter what she is going through, she is always there for those she loves. She gives advice from the kindest of places and has strict definitions of what is and is not Italian food.
Groomsman
David always thought he had only 2 brothers, but freshman year when he met his first (and only) roommate, he was proven completely wrong. Peter is David's better-looking long-lost twin, and they have been thick as thieves for nearly a decade. During class together, they would frequently be mistaken for one-another. David has relied on Peter for emergency New York housing, esoteric homework help, and great workout routines that he consistently ignores.
Bridesmaid
Anna and Ruthy met in their freshman year at Skidmore College. Anna and Ruthy have been roommates, neighbors, and travel buddies. They have cooked weird veggies from their farm share, run through Paris, and spent hours watching tv shows and rom-coms. Anna is one of the most loyal, hardworking, and fun people Ruthy has ever met. Anna also convinced Ruthy to watch The Bachelor for the right reasons: to make friends!

Jon and David were both in the same pledge class, but they also lived together for years after college. Jon is one of David's favorite people to play board game with since he always lets David win. Jon is also one of David's favorite travel buddies, and they have been to even Iceland in the middle of winter just to look at the Northern Lights. David fondly remembers Jon giving their friends a very confident tour of the MIT campus, and he will always values Jon's ability to persevere in even the most difficult of circumstances, such as living in Philadelphia.
