We're pretty thrilled!

David and Rosie first met at Jacob Berg's house on a cold February evening, they didn't expect it at first, but God was already working. They started to click with each other and found themselves becoming friends rapidly. Before they knew it, they would be out bowling, thrift shopping, and making numerous Target runs with each other. On one fateful day, David was challenged to a friendly* (*Authors note, it was not very friendly) cooking competition with a mutual friend, the entree of choice was Chicken Parmesan. Evidently, Rose was one of the few people that would be judging the dinner that night. (Side note, David DID win that night) It was this night that Rosie asked for David's help for a ton of guacamole she was preparing for her small group at the time, their relationship started taking off. Some would say it was something that was in the guac we made that gave them both that final push. Because from that day, it was even more target trips, bowling, 'froyo' runs, and late-night drives. They were doing something nearly every day May 14th, 2019 was their first date, and after months went by of trips, froyo, hiking, camping, weddings, even MORE target runs (David & Rose love target runs if you couldn't tell), they got the chance to travel to Europe together alongside David's sister and Brother-in-law. David had plans for this trip, BIG PLANS, plans that you wouldn't want to tell your girlfriend, because, you know, it's a surprise. (Hint: it was the proposal... just without Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock) Needless to say, it wasn't much of a surprise. On February 1st, 2020, on the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland, David asked Rose to be his wife. and she said yes. we have been growing towards each other and with each other ever since.
