Are there gift bags at checkin?

Answer

There are! if you used the room block they should offer you one, but if you did not just ask for one! while supplies last...

What time are the shuttles departing from the hotel?

Answer

4:00 and 4:30 - There will only be one bus making trips. The bus will come to both hotels - be sure to be on one of the 2 shuttles heading to the venue!

Will the wedding be in indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the wedding ceremony will take place outside with no shade coverage. If the weather does not allow it, the ceremony will be upstairs above the reception area. The reception will be indoor, with an outdoor patio if the weather is nice.

What time will shuttles return to hotel?

They will be on hand all night to shuttle back and the last ride is at 10:15pm

YES! At the Galley Grille near the hotels (walkable). Cash bar and lite food to be served! Come party!
